In this post, we’re sharing some of our favorite Park City neighborhoods. These aren’t top-secret neighborhoods, but when it comes to iconic Park City communities, we feel these spots deserve a little more attention!

Higher-End Communities Around Park City
Park City and Deer Valley are known for their exclusivity and luxury. Many neighborhoods in and around Park City exude a high-end ambiance and exclusive feel. They include:
The Colony at White Pine Canyon
This premier gated community is surrounded by beautiful nature all while being about 5 miles away from Main Street in Park City. The neighborhood is known for its spacious lots, large homesites, and ski-in, ski-out amenities.
Boasting privacy and tranquility all while being quite close to the action in Park City, homeowners here love the space and options The Colony affords. Many homesites are big enough to accommodate secondary houses and outbuildings, while the location of the neighborhood also offers year-round amenities including biking, hiking, and more!

Two Creeks
This relatively small community is located off Old Ranch Road in Park City. With only 10 lots to its name, properties in Two Creeks are considered to be rare, but they are undoubtedly worth their status.
The community is secluded without feeling cut off. With property sizes averaging about 4-acres, homeowners in Two Creeks love nature and are looking for extra space for outdoor activities. Homeowners looking for equestrian properties close to the city will have a hard time finding something more suitable than the homes in Two Creeks.
Deer Pointe
Located in the gated community of Deer Crest just above the Jordanelle Reservoir, Deer Pointe is a newer community in the region with luxurious townhouses with captivating valley views. The neighborhood offers ski-in, ski-out options as well as year-round amenities with easy access to hiking and biking trails.
In addition to this, Deer Pointe is also only a few minutes away from shopping and dining in Park City, making it a great option for anyone looking for the perfect balance between staying close to the city and enjoying exceptional natural wonders all around.

White Pine Ranches
Located near the base of The Canyons Ski Resort, White Pine Ranches is an ultra-private, luxurious gated community only a short distance from Park City Proper.
The homesites here are large and limited, these are not your average vacation properties. A home in White Pine Ranches would fall under the category of a true estate. The lots feature mature trees providing exceptional peace and privacy for residents. Despite proximity to The Canyons and The Colony, White Pine Ranches do not have ski-in, ski-out access.

With multiple areas to choose from, Deer Valley East Village is quickly becoming the go-to ski community for buyers looking for the ultimate Deer Valley experience.

Residential Park City Neighborhoods
These neighborhoods are situated away from the hustle and bustle of Park City. Feeling removed from the tourist zones, these residential areas have a ton to offer homeowners.
Snyderville Basin
Situated along the southwest border of Park City, Snyderville is a tranquil community surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking mountainscapes. Well-known for its convenient proximity to Park City, considerable recreational opportunities, no-fuss approach to luxury living, and its small-town charm, Snyderville is quickly becoming a favorite for homebuyers in the Park City area.

Blackhawk Station
With homes built around the late 1990s to early 2000s, Blackhawk Station is an established Park City neighborhood with a lot to offer. Located in the Kimball Junction area, residents here enjoy convenient access to Park City while being only about 15-20 minutes away from Salt Lake City.
With mature, tree-lined streets, the homes here are charming with spacious interiors, two-car garages, and fenced backyards. The community has ample green space, parks, a community garden, trails, and more.

Pinebrook
Known as a premier residential neighborhood nestled among the pines, Pinebrook is a large community with a lot of elevation, offering superior views and exceptional recreational activities. Located close to both Parley’s Summit and Kimball Junction, Pinebrook is a great neighborhood for full-time residents looking to combine the beauty of living in Park City with the convenience of Salt Lake City.
With a stellar commercial area, Pinebrook residents have access to shopping, dining, and convenience amenities all while remaining at the gateway to fun with hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and skiing all easily accessible too.

Silver Creek Village
Silver Creek Village offers condos, townhomes, and single-family homes across about 150 acres of open space. As a master-planned community in Silver Creek, the Village is known for being somewhat more affordable compared to other high-end neighborhoods in Park City.
However, there is still an abundance of amenities including a grocery store, shopping, restaurants, and more. As a Park City neighborhood, outdoor recreation is a focal point and Silver Creek Village delivers numerous parks, a splash pad, a bike park, a dog park, green space, and trails throughout.
Jeremy Ranch
Although it is still quite close to Downtown Park City, Deer Valley Resort, and Park City Mountain Resort, Jeremy Ranch feels secluded and private compared to the other more “tourist-heavy” zones in the area. Located northwest of Park City and only 15 minutes east of Salt Lake City, Jeremy Ranch is an iconic and unique Park City neighborhood.
Residents can choose from condos, townhomes, or unique detached homes. Living in Jeremy Ranch also affords access to the exclusive golf club and golf course designed by Arnold Palmer.

Sun Peak
Situated between the world-famous Olympic Winter Sports Park and The Canyons Ski Resort, Sun Peak is a popular Park City neighborhood with a lot to offer. Residents here love the walkability and easy access to conveniences and amenities.
It’s not uncommon to see residents walking their kids to school or using the numerous incredible hiking and biking trails. Its location and access to Salt Lake City also make Sun Peak a popular neighborhood for commuters while the Sun Peak Community Center is widely known as one of the best in the city.
