Suitably named, The Apres Lounge is part yurt, part champagne lounge, part small bites resto, and all enjoyment. Serving Veuve Cliquot paired with caviar and other delectable small bites prepared by the celebrated culinary team at The Montage, this is the perfect place to be if your idea of a day well spent involves sipping champagne and relaxing in a cozy chair.

If you’ve worked up a bit more of an appetite, you can head downstairs from The Apres Lounge to Daly’s Pub. With an open-style kitchen including an incredible wood-fired pizza oven, you can enjoy The Montage’s take on classic pub food. When you’re done sampling the amazing microbrews available, you can also enjoy some games including darts, the vintage arcade, and even a four-lane bowling alley.

The St. Regis offers a unique experience at the Top Golf Swing Suite. Perfect for anyone looking for something fun to do with the whole family. These sports simulators let you play golf, soccer, baseball, football, and even zombie dodgeball–all virtually of course! Perfect for all ages, the Swing Suite also has comfortable loungers and a food menu including classics like ‘Hole in One Nachos’ and crispy chicken wings. Located in lower Deer Valley on the first floor of the Snow Park Residences, this is the perfect way to unwind with the family and have some fun!

Expand Your Palate

If you’re looking for a more mature night out, we recommend La Stellina at the St. Regis. Located on the first floor of the Snow Park Residences, this classic Italian restaurant offers traditional fare and an incredible wine selection. Perfect for date night, you’ll love the locally sourced meats and cheeses, and the attention to detail at this fine establishment.

If you’re looking for something a little different, Deer Valley’s Empire Pass Lodge is a popular mainstay in the area for its incredible fireside dining. Enjoy an alpine-inspired menu including specialty cocktails, imported beer, wine, and raclette cheese served from stone fireplaces. Guests can also reserve horse-drawn sleigh rides when available to complete the experience. It’s the perfect way to end a day of skiing or testing the gear at the Rossignol High-Performance Test Centre at Empire Pass.

Raclette lovers can also get their fix of the specialty melted cheese, Austrian-inspired schnitzel, and more at the Goldener Hirsch Restaurant. With elevated Bavarian-inspired styling and refreshments, Goldener Hirsch is bringing The Alps to Deer Valley.

The 7880 Club at the Stein Eriksen Residences is one of our favorite lodges for an apres ski. The restaurant offers an elevated menu with spectacular mountain views. Easily accessible, many locals apres at The 7880 Club before skiing home, but we love it for lunch on the hill!

If you’re looking for another ski-in dining experience, Rime Seafood and Raw Bar is a must-try. Situated in the Deer Crest Cabin, Rime is part of The St. Regis Deer Valley and is only accessible by the gondola or by skiing in. The menu is a seafood lover’s dream with oysters by the half-shell, lobster rolls, and breathtaking mountain views. Whether you go for lunch or dinner, you won’t be disappointed.

The Sticky Wicket is another favorite on our team. Located mid-mountain as part of the Silver Lake Lodge, this lounge offers a throwback to the golden age of ski and apres ski. Open for lunch and late for Twilight Nights, you can enjoy a variety of quick bites, hand-crafted cocktails, ciders, wine, seltzers, and more!
