Park City restaurants brought their A-Game to the 2022 Savor the Summit, where Mother Nature graced Historic Main Street with a lush mountain backdrop – complete with blue sky and sunshine. With tables stretching from below the Town Lift Plaza to upper Main Street, dinner guests mingled at the open-air bars during cocktail hour and gathered at garden spots featuring live music and entertainment.
Culinary highlights included a gorgeous seafood bar at Deer Valley Resort, featuring fresh summer salads, the legendary 8-foot paella pan with all-you-can-eat seafood paella and Deer Valley’s famous desserts. The evening’s three-course meal was paired with hand-selected Spanish wine from the cellar of Deer Valley. The stunning mountain scenery was elevated with eye-popping florals, dripping greenery and gorgeous tablescapes.
Chin|Fleming|Harris took a seat at Park City’s biggest dinner party, held on Saturday, June 24, and captured a birds-eye view of Old Town and several Savor the Summit setups including Purple Sage, Cuisine Unlimited, Flanagan’s Irish Pub and Butchers. To be sure, the fun didn’t end with dessert: The Park City Area Restaurant Association invited everyone to enjoy multiple events over the weekend including the shows at the Egyptian Theatre, Latino Arts Festival, Friday Night Gallery Stroll and Park Silly Sunday Market.
