There’s nothing more heartwarming than watching Rover run and play with friends. While they may love us best, we just can’t keep up in the sniffing and slobber department. Park City has three off-leash dog parks designed to be a tail-wagging good: Willow Creek, Run-A-Muk, and Quinn’s Junction. Willow Creek even includes every dog’s dream – a pond just for them! There are also many other trails and fenced areas that are dog friendly. What could be a better gift for your favorite child than a whole day of being outside?!
Staying In Style
Because they want humans who will pay upon checkout, many hotels in Park City welcome friendly Fidos too. But, we believe the best to be the St. Regis. We all know the only spot better than your lap is the lap of luxury – right? St. Regis welcomes waggers of all sizes and shapes and maintains a special grassy knoll for sniffy and playing. Housekeeping even stocks food and water bowls if they couldn’t fit in your luggage.
(Never) Home Alone
Park City features a plethora of dog-sitting services. We did an in-office survey and learned that our dogs believe Fetch is the best. They offer daily shuttle service to/from their ranch, fully supervised all day play in multiple play yards, specialized training, and private play areas for seniors and puppies. In addition to all the playing, hiking and cuddling, they also offer full-service grooming, concierge services, and partnerships with other professionals in Park City specializing in pet health and wellness.

There’s no better present than the gift of good health, and, once again, Park City goes above and beyond. There are many exceptional veterinarians who call P.C. home, but Dr. Kim Henneman stands out for her integrative and holistic services. Along with all the normally expected services like vaccines and exams, she has been ground-breaking in offering animal acupuncture, herbal medicine, and chiropractic treatments. Dr. Henneman often recommends another business that focuses on man’s best friend: The Dog Dive, a warm water physical therapy clinic just for dogs. Is there any better holiday gift than a new dog? We don’t think so! We receive so much love from our pets that it’s hard to stand the idea of any animal going needy.
