KPCW’s Back Alley Bash is Back

August 16th, 2022 | Park City Community

August signals back to school, but that’s doesn’t mean the energy dies down in Park City. In fact, our beloved local radio station, KPCW, is ready to turn up the volume on summer with the return of the KPCW/Cole Sport Back Alley Bash. This 25-year tradition is back this Friday, Aug. 19, from 5-9 p.m. at a new location, City Park (next to the Miners Hospital).

Join our community nonprofit radio station ahead of their Summer Pledge Drive for this FREE event featuring live music by favorite local bands, Mudpuddle (5-7 p.m.) and Sin City Soul (7-9 p.m.). Longtime Park City-based ski shop Cole Sport is sponsoring an array of kids’ activities including face painting, a balloon twister and more.

So, pack up your picnic, drinks, friends and family and head to City Park this Friday, but note: No food or beverages will be available for purchase at this event, so be sure to bring everything you need for an evening in the park. Remember to take the bus, bike or carpool, and we’ll see you there!
