Great to meet you, I’m Ann MacQuoid. Originally from Texas, I moved to Park City from Laguna Beach in 1979 with my husband Mac, and our daughter Katy.
Not only do I enjoy working with our team of Park City and Deer Valley real estate agents, but my enthusiasm for the community has extended to nearly every non-profit organization in town. I have served on the City Council, the boards of the Egyptian Theater, Sundance Film Festival, Friends of Animals, and many more. I was also a founder of the Park City Performing Arts Foundation, and helped raise $9 million to build the Eccles Center for the Performing Arts.
I worked hard to become a well-regarded salesperson in Park City and Deer Valley where I am honored to have received virtually every industry award, including Rookie of The Year, Board of Realtors President Award, and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’s Top 10 Agents Nationally.
I am also proud of my entrepreneurial history that has influenced the success I’ve had with our team of Park City and Deer Valley real estate agents. I founded Vie Retreat, Park City’s first day spa, in 1986. In 1989, my husband and I went on to become developers of the Goldener Hirsch Inn in Upper Deer Valley. A labor of love, we later sold the 20-room inn when I began my real estate career.
Mac and I, along with my associate Steve, and his wife Val, are owners of Parallel Napa Valley located in St. Helena, California. Our award-winning wines are made by Philippe Melka, one of Napa Valley’s most acclaimed winemakers.
